A dedicated media hub with workstations will be available for your use throughout the Summit. The exact location of the media hub will be provided upon arrival.

A designated media center will be set up and available for media use. This area will feature backdrops and highchairs for on-the-spot interviews, providing you with a convenient space to conduct interviews at your discretion.

Several press conferences will be held during the Summit, featuring key speakers and addressing important topics. We encourage you to attend these press conferences to stay informed. The press conference schedule will be available closer to event. 

There will be a dedicated press booth in the session areas. Please note that space constraints may limit camera setups, and access may be restricted if we reach room capacity to prioritize the comfort and safety of all attendees.

If you require internet hardwire for live streaming, please reserve this in advance 

Your press pass permits entry to standard summit sessions, including plenary sessions, the media center, and the exhibition hall. However, it does not include access to private summit events.

Media credentials are for working media only and must be visibly displayed at all times.
